The many faces of Bracken

"Seriously, Mom? More pictures?"
"I'm so tired, think I'll take a nap..."
"Okay I'll admit it. That joke was kind of funny..."
"Just a little more milk...please?"
"Okay, I'm done, I'm done...no more please!"

The Gingerbread Man never had it so good...

Got leftover halloween candy, cookies, icing
and a lazy Saturday afternoon ahead of you?
Well... then you've got a
gingerbread house to make!
Reagan sampling the homeade icing bag..
The finished product!
(how do you like our trees?)
She is so proud of her handiwork...
(the mess took longer to clean up than
it did for us to make it!)

Christmas Photo Attempts #1 and #2

The fuzzy photo below was taken last
week in my poor attempt at getting the kids
in front of the tree for our cards...
as you can see it didn't turn out.
I tried again this week... and then I gave up
and just took cute photos of them hanging out.
Maybe next year.

A visit from GG and PaPa

GG and PaPa Bull came to visit this past weekend.
PaPa bought Reagan some new
Tinkerbell coloring books... so she was in heaven!
Bracken slept...
...and slept...

Around the House...

Daddy made Reagan look like a bull in the tub... This is Reagan being an "astronaut"
Being silly in space...
Being an "astronaut" with the green basket
This is me bribing my daughter...
(telling her to smile for the camera
and I'll give her a sucker!)
...enjoying her payoff...

16 lbs. of Love

Yes, that is correct. Our 8 week old officially
weighs 16 pounds and is 25" long.
If you are keeping track that is
7 pounds and 5 1/2" since birth...
I had a talk with him today about cutting back
on the late night feedings...but we'll see how it goes.
Reagan took this photo today on the couch,
pretty good, huh?

Deck the Halls

We put up our tree this week and after 5 long
hours of sorting the branches and adjusting
the lights, we finally got to the ornaments...
Reagan helped for about 5 minutes and
then got bored and moved on to coloring.
(she had just taken a "big girl" drink of my water
if you were wondering about her shirt...)Little brother helped supervise.
Notice the placement of the ornaments...
At this point she let mommy finish up
and attended to her coloring books.
